Thin pizza base (22cm approx)
2 tbsp Pizza Sauce
4-6 extra large or 10-12 medium Green Prawns, shelled and deveined
1 Garlic clove, crushed
1/4 Red Onion, thinly sliced
1 Fresh Red Chilli, seeded and chopped
1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
30 g Pizza Cheese
Handful baby rocket leaves
Ground black pepper to taste
Add garlic, onion and chilli to olive oil and panfry for one minute.
Add prawns and cook for a further two minutes (turning once) or until prawns have just changed colour.
Evenly spread the pizza sauce over the base and top with the prawn mixture and cheese. Add ground black pepper to taste. Cook on a preheated pizza stone for 20 minutes.
When cooked, dress with baby rocket leaves.
