Whole chicken, 1.8 kg to 2.0 kg



Freshly ground black pepper


Tuck the wings behind the back of the Chicken. Brush the chicken with oil and season with salt and pepper.

Set up your Barbecue for indirect cooking (roasting.) Please refer to your supplied handbook for directions.

Preheat your barbecue for ten minutes, then adjust your control knobs to the appropriate roast setting.

Place the chicken on the Q trivet inside the barbecue and cook, with the lid down, for approximately 1 hour. The chicken will be juicy and golden brown with crispy skin.

Serve it with your favourite gravy and vegetables.
