4 Thick Slices of Veal or Chicken
1/4 cup Plain Flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Egg, beaten
1 cup Dried Bread Crumbs
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Flour the veal or chicken pieces and season with salt and pepper. Dip them into the beaten egg and finally press them into the bread crumbs. Ensure the schnitzels are coated evenly. Refrigerate for a minimum of 20 minutes.
Place the pan on the Q grill and preheat for 10 minutes.
Add the oil to the pan and heat for 1 to 2 minutes. Using tongs place the schnitzels in the heated oil. Close the lid and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
Serve with your favourite sauce and a green salad.
